Donald Trump was seen with a noticeable layer of makeup on his right hand on Friday as he left the White House, amid ongoing speculation about his health. The 79-year-old is believed to have used makeup to hide bruising on his hand on several occasions since returning to office, but the application appeared particularly thick during his visit to The People's House museum.

Oh wow, he's got a new emotional support hat

[–] crystalmerchant@lemmy.world 2 points 1 hour ago

The dude is 80, of course he's got health issues. It'd be weird if he didn't

Term limits and age limits

[–] Jikiya@lemmy.world 6 points 5 hours ago (1 children)

There's not a god, because he's lived this long. But I pray to god he dies soon, ideally while I'm typing this.

[–] Ironfist79@lemmy.world 1 points 1 hour ago

If only prayer worked.

[–] Jumpingspiderman@lemmy.world 21 points 14 hours ago (1 children)

“Fears”????? What an odd way to spell “Hopes”. Also, Release the Epstein files.

[–] Tollana1234567@lemmy.today 1 points 11 hours ago

that wound is the epstein telling hand, hes trying to shut it up.

[–] Aeri@lemmy.world 3 points 11 hours ago
[–] Fedizen@lemmy.world 15 points 16 hours ago (2 children)

He's lived a long time for somebody without a heart.

[–] k0e3@lemmy.ca 5 points 15 hours ago

That's because he's the EpsTin List Man.

[–] some_kind_of_guy@lemmy.world 4 points 15 hours ago (1 children)

What does he have instead, some kind of grease trap?

[–] RememberTheApollo_@lemmy.world 11 points 17 hours ago

Health fears?

Who fears for his health?

The fears are that he remains healthy enough to continue to do more damage.

[–] SocialMediaRefugee@lemmy.world 5 points 14 hours ago

I can't believe Vance looks like an improvement. The bar is so low now we'll have to start drilling to find it.

[–] eugenevdebs@lemmy.dbzer0.com 8 points 17 hours ago* (last edited 17 hours ago)

Please let him keel over. Please.

[–] Showroom7561@lemmy.ca 11 points 19 hours ago (1 children)

Release the Trumpstein files.

[–] finitebanjo@lemmy.world 10 points 18 hours ago (1 children)

Lmao "fears" isn't quite the right word for this one.

[–] k0e3@lemmy.ca 4 points 15 hours ago

Yeah, I'd use "teases." As a non-American, this has been like the greatest teaser since 2016 ish. Maybe Americans have been hating him before then.

[–] CharlesDarwin@lemmy.world 12 points 19 hours ago (2 children)

The only way health fears and Taco should be in the same sentence is the fear related to health when it comes to conservative policies like: cutting Medicaid, cutting medical research, increased pollution, etc...I don't have any fear at all when it comes to Taco's personal health issues.

[–] RampantParanoia2365@lemmy.world 1 points 39 minutes ago* (last edited 38 minutes ago)

Donald Trump health fears erupt yet again over the disappeance of strange spot on hand.

[–] Xatolos@reddthat.com 6 points 18 hours ago

He didn't cut the White House / Presidential medical insurance though.

[–] SocialMediaRefugee@lemmy.world 3 points 14 hours ago

Is it wrong to pray for, say, untreatable cancer?

[–] SabinStargem@lemmy.today 3 points 14 hours ago (2 children)

On one hand, it would be nice if he died a horrible and painful death. On the other, I would prefer him to do so after failing to win an 2nd American Civil War. if there is an inevitable fight, I want the enemy leadership to be the dumbest and most clumsy jackasses possible. That would save lives for the good guys, and make Reconstruction easier to complete.

[–] RampantParanoia2365@lemmy.world 1 points 36 minutes ago

I cannot say I agree with this at all.

[–] themaninblack@lemmy.world 3 points 11 hours ago

They actually stopped trying to kill Hitler for this reason later in the war

[–] WanderWisley@lemmy.world 10 points 19 hours ago (1 children)

The demise of this monster can’t come soon enough.

[–] finitebanjo@lemmy.world 3 points 18 hours ago

Oh man, it would be a dream to be able to run an entire campaign on just photoshopped images of "POTUS Vance"'s stupid mug.

[–] Jumpingspiderman@lemmy.world 2 points 14 hours ago

“Fears”??? What a strange way to spell “Hopes”

[–] k0e3@lemmy.ca 6 points 19 hours ago

Expire already, god damn.

[–] nialv7@lemmy.world 0 points 10 hours ago

Wake me up only if he dies. Otherwise I don't care.

[–] Lucidlethargy@sh.itjust.works 6 points 20 hours ago

This dumbass has never heard of gloves, I guess. It's a nice thing to see his body is matching his cognitive decline, though!

By the way, he should release the Epstein Files.

[–] rbos@lemmy.ca 26 points 1 day ago (2 children)

I wouldn't say 'fears' exactly

[–] bigfondue@lemmy.world 11 points 1 day ago (2 children)

I'm not sure that Trump dying would improve things. We then end up with President Vance, who is a Thiel creation and Yarvin fan. Possibly less corrupt, but definitely more competent and disciplined. Trump's main motivator is ego and impulse, but Vance actually believes in the TechFash goals.

Vance doesn't have the charisma to hold the movement together. None of these creeps do; that's why they need Trump.

It certainly won't go away immediately after he dies, but it will all collapse under its own weight.

[–] frezik@lemmy.blahaj.zone 12 points 1 day ago (2 children)

If Vance gets to be President, it'll be two weeks before an intern finds him sobbing in the closet.

Fascism doesn't survive its leader. The underlings fight for the power vacuum, and none of them end up winning.

Some people have accused me of being optimistic for saying this, but think about who does win in this situation. It would likely be a form of liberalism that's closer to western Europe in the social safety net aspect, but capitalism would be maintained. I can't deny that it's better than what we've had, but it's not the victory I would have hoped for given the amount of suffering to get there.

[–] fox2263@lemmy.world 15 points 1 day ago

lol fears. Hopes more like

[–] Octavio@lemmy.world 55 points 1 day ago (1 children)

Again, I don’t think “fears” is the correct noun here.

[–] codapine@lemmy.zip 2 points 16 hours ago

Well, it's the Express, so... It panders to the deluded folk amongst the population of the UK that wish they could get a dose of Trumpist Populism™.

[–] bizzle@lemmy.world 15 points 1 day ago

Please die you miserable orange baby raping loser

[–] floofloof@lemmy.ca 102 points 1 day ago (4 children)

Do people outside the UK know just how bad The Express is? It's a bottom-tier reactionary tabloid. Don't give them clicks.

[–] spongebue@lemmy.world 36 points 1 day ago

Never heard of it, but thanks for the heads up
