Mmh... Anything that thinks the word "blueberry" has three Bs in it should probably not be anywhere close to my money. If I found out my bank has an AI chatbot, I'd quietly withdraw my funds and close my accounts.

I hate to break it to you but this isn’t a new thing; Alexa was just a tech demo for Poly and Lex which are used to make chat and voice bots for you to interact with and have been since before Alexa came out. Poly specifically has the capability of adding breathing noises and keyboard typing sounds…

It's fine as long as you can speak to a human eventually. Usually the bot is there to handle either very simple queries or dumb shit - which many people seem to want to talk to their bank about...
