No, I was thinking BD or BPAD, aka bipolar disorder. I've got ADHD and while I can be jazzed to do something, doing it doesn't drain me. Not doing it does.
I have a friend who has ADHD and BPAD, and they definitely get jazzed up and will have a flurry of activity, then crash to the point they can't get out of bed for a day.
Unrelated but english weather has bipolar disorder.
Can never make its mind up, it can literally snow, rain and be unbearably hot asf outside on the same day smh 🤦♂️
Ah... I'm diagnosed BD with some ADHD and anxiety sprinkled in. Default mode is stay in bed all day unless I have to go to work.
Focus is my issue. My many unfinished projects are a testament to that
