It‘s hilarious how there is no comment about the obvious joke in the picture. The joke is that the black guy on the left is the father and the mom cheated on her husband (in case anyone didn‘t notice)

All I can find from a quick search is that it's Russian. The guy that's changed smiles and starts dancing after he becomes black as if he's been turned into some kind of whimsical creature, too. Pretty gross.

These really should be called sex reveals.
Even then, they don't do a DNA test, usually. So, assumed/assigned gender at birth reveals.
I don't think that most people need it to be revealed that the woman had sex if she is currently pregnant, unless they are Catholic or something.

Gender reveals make about as much sense as a sexuality reveal. They're creepy, gross, harmful, and often just outright incorrect.
You'd be better off doing a "this is a picture of my fetus's current genitalia with an ultrasound". At least that would be demonstrably correct since it's a current picture.
Like... Even assuming gender magically works the way these people think it works, who gives a fuck, and why are you so fucking annoying about it? Plus, I wouldn't want random people to see my genit- Oh wait a second...

In many parts of the world, sex and gender are used interchangeably. It doesn't hurt anything.
