Ignoring the fact that sea level rise is accelerating, the level will rise 115mm (4.5 inches) in the next 25 years.

So that sets a lower bound, it will be higher.

The dutch better get off their fossil fuels, cars and beef if they want a future.

The Netherlands' current plan ends in 2050, but it has shown extremely robust and adequate to the task, so far. I expect the next iteration to keep up the standard.

It's something that only a rich economy with a strong notion of government responsibility can accomplish.

I would be more worried about Shanghai and the US coast line.

I did a deep dive into this. The worst is gonna be in a couple hundred years. Even if we magically stop emitting CO2. large ice masses take a long time to adapt to new temperatures

Actually, recent studies show the west antarctic ice sheet has already crossed tipping points and could add 1-2 meters within this century, not just in "a couple hundred years" as the thermal intertia you mentioned is being overcome by ocean currents undercutting the glacers.

No that will happen in a century. What Imm saying is it will be even worse in a couple hundred years.
