If the lawsuit against the restaurant is successful, I bet that will happen more in general, so hopefully the lawsuit is successful.
This is not a slight towards the young woman, simply a PSA.
"No" is a complete sentence.
You have every right to use it when you feel even the slightest bit uncomfortable. And should do so whenever the need arises.
