This. I've gotta take about 5 minutes or more to mentally prep for a phone call if it's for business. Afterwards, I'm exhausted.

Yeah but social gatherings that are mandatory (or "kind of" mandatory) are the real stressors. Those make me sweat and dread tbh.

Not me gearing up for a phone call half a dozen times this week only for the phone to be occupied every damn time I call until I just can't get myself to call anymore
