Part of the goal of Russia and China in getting Trump elected was to make education worse

Exactly. The goal isn't to compete against China, the goal is to destabilize the US so that China and Russia are the only players.

The tiny amount of people who control the United States don’t want to “compete”, they want to stay in power.

They’ve already moved most of their assets out of the US anyway. The only reason they stay is because they can get away with anything here. Like raping kids.
