Could you build some more shelves in some part of the house that's more "your own"?

It's kinda weird. I could but there isn't a lot of room.... I can show you the space I have...
And that is the bedroom, as you can see, some of my minifigs are taking up some space on the washers. (I've got many more that I've taken off those washers)
So, where do I put more shelves?
So, I got this place from a "friend".... And he hasn't moved all his shit out of here. It will be a year on Oct 1st. Fuck him.
If it's been a year, then he really doesn't need any of it. I'd box everything up and tell him he has a day to pick up his things or it's getting donated/binned. Unless he's still named on the lease or you're renting from him, then you'd have a more complicated situation
No, he's not named or anything... I just don't want a problem?
Maybe you do like me and pack things in nice ziplock bags with the instructions and bide your time till you have your own place with antisocial room to display ? And in the mean time you could maybe rotate a model or two that can fit with the space you do have?
