Yeah, they are in no way cheap!
But i think the variety of possible options you can get is better due to the lower barriers to entry. I've seen some really niche foods that would be risky for the owners to try with bricks and mortar. Like takeaway paella, i've never seen one of those last as a bricks and mortar take away place.
