Almost every woman in Trump's orbit has had plastic surgery. There sure seems to be a theme in that camp.
I used to wonder why these wealthy women ruin their faces like that? Do they really think it's attractive? Then I realized that it isn't just about trying to make their face look younger, they want their faces to look expensive.
Those women know how much each procedure costs, so when one shows up with everything carved up, the other ladies make a mental list of the procedures and their costs, and they know you have a $50,000 face.
They are treating their faces like jewelry, and they all want the expensive procedures done, and most importantly they want the world to know they can afford these expensive customizations to their appearance. Now the woman with the normal, natural, pretty face looks out of place among the other women, especially if you have a [GASP!] wrinkle.
