I honestly thought it was great. The entire cast was amazing and the kid who played Alex was mesmerizing to watch. The plot wasn't mind blowing but the pacing was really engaging and the end was fucking awesome. I saw it in a theater with maybe ten other people and they all yelled out multiple times, whatever that means.

Not quite as good as Barbarian in my eyes but still worth a watch. The first half was great but I felt like once I knew what was going on, it fell apart. Everyone acted their asses off, soundtrack was interesting and cinematography kept me engaged. Curious to hear what others thought, the reviews seem to lean more positive than my own.
I had a lot of fun with Barbarian. I had no idea this movie existed until I saw it pop up in my feeds this morning. The premise sounded interesting. It got stuck in my head, so I ducked out of work early and caught an afternoon screening. I’m glad I saw it early and knowing nothing. I really enjoyed it!
It was interesting how information was doled out by character and gaps were filled in. It held my attention and I even enjoyed the last half when things go off the rails.
I'm not planning to see this in theaters, but all the promotional stuff got me interested. Nice to see the ratings are good. I hope they release it on digital soon.
