Probably higher birthrate than the Antarctic
where exactly is random based on the birth rate (if a region has a higher birth rate it is more likely that you are born there)
Even if this wasn't included I was already thinking of this. A, C and I all seem like they have rather good odds at putting you somewhere in Africa.
K > B > F > A > H > E in order of best to worst in my opinion.
I wouldn't really consider the others
Probably:
K>B>H>E>G. They all have decently developed countries whilst ensuring that you don't end up born in a developing country.
For the big slices, F should be best (guaranteed to avoid the worst outcomes).

K is objectively the right answer. Probably followed by A with a a bit of a dice roll on West Africa. Who wants to be born in a poor country?
I really like the concept here, but it needs some tweaking.

Can't tell if D or E has a higher percentage of land, but your odds of being born in the water are high for G.
however where exactly is random based on the birth rate (if a region has a higher birth rate it is more likely that you are born there).
No risk of being born in water.
D and E has higher percentage of combat zones, so maybe not the best option.
otoh E contains active warzone and D two of them or more, depending on how you count

I feel like your chances of being born in a decent place in B are pretty good. Most of that's Canada or Mexico. You might be born in western Texas, but you can always leave.
