I feel like your chances of being born in a decent place in B are pretty good. Most of that's Canada or Mexico. You might be born in western Texas, but you can always leave.
Feels like B, because it would be the easiest to migrate back to Europe. Technically that is also true for K but you are crazy if you think I am going to the land of biological horrors even for a few days, let alone few years.
You'll be Australian so you'll have the power to fight them

Based on the rules, picking I would place you somewhere in Africa.
Nah that's like a bunch of Philippines in there too. The islands near the top of Australia
I would like to be in whichever bracket has the highest standard of living relative to the lowest working hours per capita.
G as first choice, J is a close second.
In order of preference: K,B,H,A,G,E,F,C,I,J,D
