excuse me?

Habeas corpus is a legal procedure that allows individuals to challenge their unlawful detention or imprisonment in court. It requires the government to justify the legality of a person's confinement, ensuring protection against arbitrary detention.

what this means for you. if you are unlawfully detained or imprisoned, you cannot challenge the offenders in court because all detainment and imprisonment is lawful.

tell a cop, "fuck you", detained. lawful.

walking down the street while black and arrested for looking suspicious, detained and imprisoned. lawful.

the writ still exists, but it's clear they are trying to rewrite perceived law through public opinion.

"Delete from the constitution" isn't a phrase that should exist, ever.
