Never ending story. And now it's actually close to be actually enforced as I understand it? They are trying to pass it fast and it's depending on Germany after France betrayed us in favor of Chat Control?

Yeah Germany's stance is the last major roadblock, and their interior minister is under intense presure from both sides - privacy advocates are organizing massive protests while law enforcement lobbys for passage.
