"Small" in quotes because just because something sounds simple in theory doesn't mean it is in practice.

First car that comes to mind for me is the R129 Mercedes SL500/600. If that car was available with a manual, it'd be worth at least double what it is now—goes for a lot of performance Mercedes, actually.
