8. Misinformation is prohibited.
Misinformation / propaganda is strictly prohibited. Any comment or post containing or linking to misinformation will be removed. If you feel that your post has been removed in error, credible sources must be provided.
9. No link shorteners.
The auto mod will contact you if a link shortener is detected, please delete your post if they are right.
10. Don't copy entire article in your post body
For copyright reasons, you are not allowed to copy an entire article into your post body. This is an instance wide rule, that is strictly enforced in this community.

I don't understand how "live free or die" elected this hateful piece of shit.
I mean, I do understand it, it's because Republican voters are hateful people. I just don't appreciate it.
Starting January 1, 2026, providers are barred from providing hormone care and puberty blockers only “if the performance or administration of the procedure or medication is for the purpose of altering or attempting to alter the appearance of or affirm the minor’s perception of his or her gender or sex, if that perception is inconsistent with the minor’s biological sex.”
I’m pretty sure my perception of who I am, and its validity, have absolutely nothing to do with what republicans think. Pretty sure that’s also true for all humans.
Sounds like it would be possible to prescribe puberty blockers to alleviate depression and mitigate risk of self-harm.
