Except that sadly, BCC's scheme isn't FOGO. Because you're not supposed to put food scraps in it. Which means that for me at least, I'm going to receive a bin that will literally never be used, since I have no yard and I don't keep plants. But then, maybe I won't receive a bin that will never be used, because my suburb isn't listed in any of the weeks. Neither are any of the other suburbs I checked (due to being places I used to live, or know people who live, or regularly visit).
