It's thermic sensation, though, not actual temperature, but it doesn't make it much better.

The recorded high temperature in Coatzacoalcos for June 2023 was 39C on June 11. Someone in the local paper decided to play with "feels like" numbers.

Fake news? Can't read the Spanish article but the weather report says 88F for this city and nothing about it reaching 138F
