I find it mildly infuriating when they use huge bowls and the broth only goes halfway or less. The broth is what makes ramen great, and I want enough of it to submerge the noodles and toppings.

I guess this is a case of glass half full or glass half empty because I enjoyed the bigger bowls as it helped make less of a mess and figured the amount of ramen you get is fixed either way.

Also for anyone who looks at this and wonders how much it costs, $6-8

Saffron threads I think. I mixed em into the broth thinking they'd add flavor. Didn't try before and after so I choose to believe they did 😁

Pretty sure those are chili threads. They still add flavor, just not saffron flavor, and they're much cheaper!
