As a moderator you

-will check new renders to see if they comply by the rules. If they don't, you will actively try to help and encourage the poster to make a new one
-will check to see if new renders are linked to from our original subreddit, if not, you will add a link (preferably using an alt account, like https://www.reddit.com/user/NotAVillageGuy/ to make it obvious it is not your render
-are welcome to invite people to post their renders on rimworld.gallery if you spot one somewhere
-will keep an eye on both the magazines on rimworld.gallery and the subreddit to moderate comments and posts
-are not afraid of committing to this moderatorship for the foreseeable future. It's not a very intense task, but you will act when it is needed. Being a fan of 2D games in general helps
-are welcome to contribute to the rimworld,gallery community in any way you see fit. Helping with the development of the mbin server or the render mod, for instance
-are asked to stay in touch with the existing moderators via our discord, so no lurkers, so to say
