Home to all things "Mildly Infuriating" Not infuriating, not enraging. Mildly Infuriating. All posts should reflect that.

I want my day mildly ruined, not completely ruined. Please remember to refrain from reposting old content. If you post a post from reddit it is good practice to include a link and credit the OP. I'm not about stealing content!

It's just good to get something in this website for casual viewing whilst refreshing original content is added overtime.

Walter Presents (on PBS) does this annoying thing where some seasons of a show will be under one name and others will be under a completely different name, and there are no indications that they're the same show since the season numbering restarts.

Sometimes I get it, like with "SOKO Potsdam": The English name they originally gave the show was "Luna and Sophie" but both actresses left the show, so now the later seasons are under a more generic name "Partners in Crime: Potsdam Homicide"

What I don't get is why they did the same thing with "Jeux d'influence" since the original cast came back for season 2 and it's very clearly a continuation of season 1.

Sometimes the distributor markets a season under a different title.

Today I learned that German shows have an international audience. I wouldn’t have thought that.
