If you don't have more than $250k in cash, the best offering I've been able to find at the moment is an Australian Unity savings accounts: https://www.australianunity.com.au/banking/savings-accounts/freedom-saver

Currently it's 4.60% on the first $50k, then 4.50% up to $250k. No conditions.

Of course, the main news in this article is the lifting the top interest threshold up to $2m and being able to consolidate everything into one account, which I can understand being convenient.

Personally, though, I'd be wary of putting more than $250k in a single institution, because the federal government's deposit guarantee is limited to $250k per person per institution. So having more places to keep cash at decent interest is helpful from that perspective - especially ones where there's no monthly conditions you need to meet.
