Governor is sliver spoon dickhead who's only enjoyed a comfortable lifestyle in the time he's lived here. Couldn't be more disconnected from his supposed constituents if he tried. But anyone who lives here knows he true constituents are oil barons, so it's makes sense that he would cut school funding, as it creates a more malleable workforce that is to stupid to know its being taken advantage of. As is tradition.
