If sending a small payment is an option for age verification, then I guess that might be the most reasonable for stuff like fedi servers located there? Obviously I'm against having such a law, but if one is going to make websites verify user age, then for a small ad-free platform that in theory should run on user donations anyway, essentially requiring a very small one to use the platform doesn't sound like the worst way? I guess it does pose problems for someone specifically avoiding credit cards tho.

I’m not familiar with how newgrounds operates, but do you have to use your real name on your account? How will they tie the credit card to you to make sure you’re not using someone else’s card?
Well if the first statement is true (matching email addresses is allowed) then it’s just as effective as that.
