Wish I could, but I’m in Oregon, which is good for me, and I own a home that I have a fixed 2.99% on. I likely will never do better in my life.

It's going pretty bad, ngl. Could be worse I guess. Not quite as bad as Russia , Turkey, or Turkmenistan yet. How are things in your country and where might that be if you don't mind my asking? My apologies if you're from one of those three countries. I have nothing against you or anyone else based on their geographic location.
