For being poorly educated... Prior to slop revolution poor people ate normal food but got forbid they have to eat basics cooked at home 2025
Good thing slop prices got jacked up to the point where poor people can't afford it. I guess market fixing itself.
Much like victim blaming. Except we’re the victims of capitalism.
Is it because I didn't pray hard enough? I bet it's because I didn't pray hard enough.
“This is at the heart of so much of our national problem with health,” said Robert Califf, who led the Food and Drug Administration during the Obama and Biden administrations. “It’s these two extreme views. It’s every health decision is up to the ‘rugged individual,’ versus the other extreme view that it’s all controlled by environment and social determinants of health. The truth is, it’s on a continuum.”
Obama admin doing a very adequate job once again.
RFK jr is so frustrating to me because he very often kind of half-hits the mark. Like, yeah, people should be taking better care of themselves. But the role of government should be truthful, science-backed education; sensible policies for the fda and usda; help for those who want and need it; and improved policies and infrastructure to create a good platform from which individuals can build heathly lives. Not creating slave labor camps for the mentally handicapped.
There is a wellness to far right pipeline after all. (Might not be the most detailed article, but good enough to give an idea)
