The more this happens to me, the more I'm convinced it's intentional.

I just want to say that I think its really unfair for all of you ADHD people to be posting things day after day that I relate to so heavily, as a definitely not ADHD person.
Sigh I guess I should start scheduling some appointments
Yep, by no means exclusive to adhd.
I can't count the amount of times I've found myself in my bedroom or kitchen, with, like, a hammer in one hand and computer mouse in the other, not knowing what the hell I'm doing.
If you go back to where you came from the thought might reappear. Happened more than once to me.
I thought the same for quite a long time, and admittedly, im still not convinced that i dont have adhd, but i did recently learn i have a folate deficiency. That can lead to a type of anemia, and in combination gave me a lot of symptoms that looks like adhd (memory loss, fatigue, inability to concentrate, lack of fucks to give, brain fog). A simple supplement did a ton to get me back on track
Huh, neat. Glad you found a solution!
Bro please tell me what supplements I can try. I'm diagnosed, but at the same time have had bisacally that list of symptoms and much heavier than I normally have with ADD.
Personally i take folic acid (vitamin B9). I get Basic brand and its 400mcg, 200 count, for $8 (im in america).
A lot of multivitamin ive had in the past seemingly omit B9 for some reason
Appreciate the info. Honestly after reading this I took a plunge and went for A D K as well. I'll see what I can dig up on B9. Thanks!
Nah, I think they are confused, I also don't have ADHD and can relate to most posts here.
🫣🤫
Same. But, I'm just old.
I do this, and it's getting worse with age. I also have Bipolar, wich is a hell of a fun mix. I asked my psychiatrist, and she told me that it was expected, since it was changing focus continuously, and thus didn't have time to fix (fixate) things.
Something that sometimes works is the thing where you look right to left and back a few times rapidly
I shook my head like a snow globe and I still have no clue what's going on.
Is it just my ADHD, or is this comment completely unintelligible?
Honestly, I don't have the slightest clue what you're trying to say. What did you ask your psychiatrist? What does their answer mean? What is expected?
It makes sense, they are referring to the image in the post.
I get that but I still have the same questions.
I've never heard this! That actually works???
Try it. If it doesn't work, I'll give you your money back.
Yep, it's horrible 😭😂
