Honestly, we should all be doing this. Imagine if companies actually had to be accountable to pay and respect people… Those overinflated execs would deflate and shrivel like a man’s ego when getting out of the pool.

I can tell you it's been pretty great to me. A bit of hard work and a bit of luck and now I'm doing well. I've got a long term contract with one company and take short term stuff that looks interesting or pays for my vacations.
