I'm trying to flash to bricked Redmi A3, and I cannot find official downloads for the ROMs.

The best I could find are shady unofficial websites.

I am from Eastern Europe and 4pda is relatively well known (and trusted) source for Android ROMs. I believe they've been around even before Android; might have started with those HTC WinCE 6.x PDAs with SIM cards in the mid 2000s.

You want the second spoiler dropdown and you will get to ROMs for Europe/Global/India etc.

That being said, I don't have this device and I haven't personally tested any of the ROMs on that page.
