Arcadia was a Japanese magazine covering arcade games. All of the issues are available now on archive.org.

Japan is still a treasure trove to this day for magazine enjoyers. If you ever stop by Tokyo, I genuinely suggest you visit Jinbocho and take a look at all the used magazines from the 80's and 90's. They have absolutely wonderful complete collections for minimal cost.
