As a bit of a programmer, they're telling me they want a marketplace where instead of paying proactively for my time and advice, they come to me only after everything is 100% on fire?

Let's do this.

I assure my prices will be quite reasonable, for the situation.

At least they're not restricted to playing chess better than humans now, AI solved that problem a long time ago.

I also wonder if they will have inclusive hiring policies, like accommodations for dwarfism?

The original Mechanical Turk had a human being inside. Wouldn't it be easier to fit someone with dwarfism in the space, if they so happened to have the skills of a grand master?

If yes, then reread my previous post with that in mind.
