Give the dollar to someone who looks hungry, then go to the park and read a book.

Recently I've been giving food bars to begars and panhandlers because everybody needs food and they're probably not gonna use it for drugs.
If they spend that dollar or two at the grocery store for the same food bar they're gonna get ripped off
pay your mom for sex, then go to the 99¢ store 😎
Put the money in my pocket and forget about the whole thing.
I'd have to convert it to a local currency first, and I think the conversion fee is probably more than that, so I'd be starting with negative money at that point /j
I’d do what I’m doing right now. Dollar in wallet, body in bed, eyes about to shut.
If you got more dollars, lemme know, I can use them.
Cut it in half. Now I have two dollars.
I'd buy a pen, and try to resell it for twice the price.
Then I'd buy a pair of sunglasses...
That's actually a game we used to do as kids in scouting.
Not 24 hours, but an afternoon. 2 groups start with each 1 EUR. The groups go their own way, door-to-door, begging for a trade-up. Like the first household could give you a snickers bar. Then you take the snickers bar next door, and trade it for a book.
The surprise was to see what item the other team ended up with.
we did the same, but that was 30 years ago, i wonder how that game translates to today's world. probably not very well.
Spend the euro on NFTs, sell them for cryptos, spend them on upvotes, likes and reviews. Alternatively, you could buy lootboxes and skins instead.
Why do you think that?
i think people would be more likely to see some kind of scam and just shut the door today. maybe if you are in some kind of uniform it helps, but lets admit it, the whole exchange less for more principle of the game is suspicious from the beginning 😆
I guess in car-centric America where there's barely a sidewalk it might be suspicious, but here in Europe it's a common thing for youth (or bachelor parties) to do.
To kids? Nah i think people still at least give an ear to kids for a couple seconds
We used to start with random objects; usually something nobody would want.
Use it to buy a marker, grab a piece of cardboard from a dumpster, write a short sob story, and beg at the corner of a busy intersection. If you don't care about ethics, have absolutely nothing except the dollar, and need to make more, it's probably your best bet.
First order of business would be to somehow exchange into a currency I can actually use.
Spend the dollar on garbage bags and collect a bunch of bottles and cans. Depending on where you live, you could probably make a good amount of money from that. I've seen people with shopping carts full of bottles walking to the recycling kiosks.
I wish my town did that. I collect a lot for recycling anyways but I have to take it someplace to get rid of it.
You either go and put it on black at the casino, or beg for more money.
make staged videos on YouTube like the one you've described.
Make a paper crane and sell if for 5 dollars
Then fold the $5 bill into a paper crane and sell it for 10 dollars.
Then make a crane out of the 10 and double up again.
You're a genius, this can go on forever.
Buy a cheap knife and mug someone.
the knife:
the mug:
The real mug
Oh no, not bitter beer face!
a everyday joe would do
Go to work, work, go home. Wait for the end of the week/month for their next paycheck.
Most people already have more then a dollar and more then 24 hours to earn money. If schemes like that really worked then why would so many people do anything else?
Y'all missing the point.
Best I got is put $1 of gas in the truck. Walk the hood, spy out trash I can sell, go get it in the truck, sell on Facebook Marketplace or a garage sale.
Beg on the streets for someone to give me 1 dollar
Step 1: Become an attractive White guy
Step 2: Have Blonde Hair
Step 3: ??? (Start your own brand of candy?)
Step 4: Become a famous youtuber?
(Secret Step 5: Become the opposite of Socially Awkward, be Awkwardly Social 🫠)
(For context: I'm talking about Ryan Trahan)
Give away the dollar to the first homeless person I see and then spend 24 hours in search of a hangout with a good vibe.
Put it in my pocket
Nice try, FBI.
Sleep
Buy a bottle of beer. $1 isn't enough for anything more meaningful.
I can't think of many things you can buy for a dollar, maybe a bottle of water and 2 pieces of bread.
Chewing gum maybe, back in the days those were cheap, doubt that's still the case.
Photocopies, those are cheap, you can get like 7 copies with 1 dollar.
Can't think of anything else, really.
Also earning more? That's not possible, unless you're willing to beg, but then that's completely unrelated to your initial dollar.
The secret ingredient is crime.
- Draw on the dollar so it looks like a $20
- Con someone into exchanging into singles.
- Get 4 Costco hotdogs for lunch.
- Draw on the rest and con away.
A self handjob is only one cent, so jack off 100 times?
I'd find another dollar and give my kids a dollar each. They would stash it in the piggy bank.
