This is going to be a recurring theme for you, because there's only so much a normal microphone can do to pick up your voice, which means picking up everything else as well.
I have heard about some highly specialized equipment (not in the consumer grade phone peripherals market, I'm afraid) which picks up your voice by "listening" to movement of your skull as it resonates with your voice. But it's going to be years until we see this on the consumer market.
This is why wired headphones/earphones with mic are better. You can just cup the mic and hold it closer to your mouth.
I've taken a call while mowing the lawn with my Pixel buds pros in. Depends on if you wanna give money to Google or not.
No idea how well I was coming through but I was able to hold a conversation, so it can't have been that bad

You're probably not going to find a wireless option that's much better. You might want to pick up a cheap pair of wired earbuds that have an in-line microphone that you can use. An example that's probably a little overpriced would be the Apple Earpods. You just want something where you can pull the mic closer to your mouth while also being able to cup it to dampen some of the exterior noise. The wireless options are likely trying too hard to use an algorithm to isolate your voice.
