Arrest Update: Fatal Shooting: 2883 Lakewood Avenue SW (07/25/23)
Arrest Update:On July 25th, 2025, 24-year-old Corey Page was taken into custody by the Atlanta Police Department and is being charged with Murder and Possession of a Firearm During the Commission of a Felony for his involvement in a homicide that occurred at 2883 Lakewood Avenue SW on July 25th, 2025. Mr. Page was transported to the Fulton County Jail for processing.Previously Released:Preliminary Statement: On July 25th, 2025, at approximately 5:50PM, officers responded to 2883 Lakewood Avenue SW in reference to a person shot. Upon arrival, officers located a 52-year-old male who sustained apparent gunshot wounds. The male was unresponsive and was pronounced deceased on scene by medical personnel. Investigators with the Homicide Unit responded to the scene to determine the circumstances surrounding the incident. The investigation remains ongoing at this time.
