Before becoming a director, China-born Qin Pengfei was a Wushu athlete, stuntman, and action choreographer. All of his works—whether wuxia or crime thrillers—are made for local streaming platforms like iQIYI. Released in 2024, “Black Storm” is a modern-day police crime drama and marks Qin’s fourth directorial effort.

    Looks like it's only 6 minutes for free, and you have to become a member to see the rest. I think there is free membership, in addition to paid. I tried joining but the sign-up process refuses to complete.
    Also, iQiyi video doesn't play in Firefox-based browsers.
