Does Mbin have public RSS feed for !mbinReleases@gehirneimer.de? From Lemmy side the generated one (https://gehirneimer.de/feeds/m/mbinReleases.xml?sort=New
) is invalid.
When I last checked https://joinmbin.org/ it had no public feed, so I had fallback to GitHub releases.
kind of annoying that Mbin requires an account to view that (a big complaint of Discord or Facebook), here it is viewable from Lemmy
Well it is just the ap id. If you put it in the search your instance should fetch the post. My instance is configured this way, that has nothing to do with mbin as a whole. And yes it is annoying, but it also saves a lot of money as all the AI scraper shit gets blocked this way. I will try to implement anubis, but have not haxld time yet to try it out
Fair enough, I forgot if Mbin overall allowed this or not
Forgot this is still alive. Keep it up.
