This definitely tracks my experience. I just wish they were connected by walking and biking paths, along with all the other neighborhoods. My kids can't walk to the store because the roads they have to walk on are too dangerous, but if our neighborhood and the adjacent trailer parks had paths connecting them they could. I imagine the HOA deliberately did not do that though in order to keep "the poors" out of our neighborhood.
