I actually remember this episode when it originally aired & looking at the credits bcs I couldn't place the familiar voice initially (tbf I do that a lot, but this one was out of impression, not just curiosity).
It's still sad that people were telling her she looked sick but she responded as though they were somehow shaming her for not being a teenager anymore and didn't go to the doctor about it. If she'd been able to listen to it instead of getting angry she might still be alive.
