Yay Ikea.
I don't understand, sorry? I'm unsure if the recipe is very ikea like, it was one my mother sent me and I'm not sure exactly where it's from!
It's cool, just reminds me of childhood eating at Ikea: https://www.ikea.com/us/en/p/sas-senap-dill-sauce-for-salmon-20028890/
Turns out it was one of few places with reasonably healthy food that was also affordable. We were a little limited in budget during my younger years.
Anyway! Cool dish, can you share the recipe?
This was she sent, so she got it from a book but what book unsure!
It's my fault it was too mustard, I used too much mustard XD
Pro tip: if you find the dijon too strong next time, try mixing it with a bit of honey or greek yogurt to mellow it out and it'll still keep that nice tangy flaver without overwhelming the salmon.
I cover salmon with honey and whole mustard when eating it with my bf, who isn't a fish lover.
Oh, I'll use less next time, that was my issue! But honey sounds like it could be very veery good.
