Considering the effort that goes into shadow-boxing one's inner demons every waking moment, externally it may look like "doing nothing", but that shit is fucking exhausting. ๐Ÿคฃ

Essentially, the difference between "lounging around" and "trying to be still so one's bones don't rattle into orbit", I think. ๐Ÿ˜œ

Honestly, its a smart move. Sure, you aren't doing anything. But you're also constantly chastising yourself for not doing anything, which is exhausting.

Sometimes the right move is to take a day off from telling yourself you should be doing something.
