Didn’t let the rosin cure, wanted to try with some fresh rosin.

So I decarbed about a G and added some Wax liquidizer for some extra thinning and flavoring.

Letting the rosin cure should allow me to avoid the thinner next time. Just wanted to make a cart tonight!

What the heck kinda cart is that? 🤨

Can you smoke directly from it? The part that's usually a 510 threaded post looks like another moith piece. Or maybe that's just a unique style cap and I'm dumb... 🤣

Ah hell yeah. This is the kind of battery I really want. I got an e-leaf and it's great, but I had seen these where the whole cart gets nested into the battery so it's more discreet and I love 'em.

I’ve got another that’s even more discrete, the entire cart goes inside, but it leaves a residue on everything, so needa clean it constantly.

The other battery the wife picked me up is just hilarious. Bought 2g cart on it.

Most of the ones I have are YoCan, dunno if they are in the states though.

They are available in the States, at least in PA! Yocan Uni Pro 2.0 or Wulf Mods X-ray Series Uni Pro (which uses Yocan tech inside its own custom shell). The 2.0 is metal; 1.0/the original and the Wulf Mods are plastic.

The black one be in my first image is a Tribal collab and it’s metal too, but my others are plastic.

[–] Bonesince1997@lemmy.world 2 points 6 days ago (1 children)

Oh wow! That's a neat looking black metal variant. I had not heard of Tribal before. Very cool

The thing is hefty, like you’d probably do some serious damage if you hucked it at someone, compared to the plastic it’s crazy.

I've made thc vape juice before. Got me pretty drowsy but the taste was fucking unbearable.

[–] SchmidtGenetics@lemmy.world 2 points 6 days ago (1 children)

They are definitely high in the terpenes depending on the strain. Have you ever had a Live Rosin cart before?

[–] Venus_Ziegenfalle@feddit.org 1 points 6 days ago (1 children)

Nope haven't dabbled with rosin at all so far. Made the juice from flower.

[–] SchmidtGenetics@lemmy.world 1 points 6 days ago

How did you do that? All the methods I’ve seen need hash or concentrate.

[–] PerogiBoi@lemmy.ca 2 points 6 days ago (2 children)

This is so cool. How do you pour it in the cart? It’s pretty viscous

[–] SchmidtGenetics@lemmy.world 3 points 6 days ago (1 children)

The setup I’ve figured out.

[–] PerogiBoi@lemmy.ca 2 points 6 days ago (1 children)

That’s so neat! I spy a Microsoft Surface too.

Thanks! Way better than heating the oven up for a small jar. It’ll fit my mason jars too if I get THAT much.

It’s my log book and resource machine. The PC is just a little too far away and writing hurts so I can’t really jot notes and walk over after I’m done.

[–] SchmidtGenetics@lemmy.world 3 points 6 days ago (1 children)

Don’t pour. I heat it up to decarb it, can take up to a day sometimes. And once it’s decarbed it’s like honey, just grab a syringe with a large needle and transfer it.

It gets thicker when it cools back down. But properly decarbed should remain fairly “runny”.

Cool!! Thanks for the explanation

No worries growmie!
