Does this work by just putting the buds in the press and it heats it up while squeezing out the rosin?

How much was it?
I've tried the hair straightener method before and it worked, but it also fucked up the hair straightener.

Yes it does. That’s my next try. I’ve got some bud, but it’s old and from a few grows ago.
I’m gonna save some of my auto that’s flowering for some dried bud and some fresh bud and see what’s the difference. Rest will be washed probably. But I do need some flower soon.
Sorry missed the cost, the whole kit was about $500 CAD, plus another $300 (sale) for the press. But you can buy an all in one unit for a few hundred usd too.
30g of well aged hash. Got atleast 10gs, only my second time doing it, so I don’t think the returns were too terrible for how dry the hash was.
This will be turned into carts eventually.
What is this
https://dulytek.com/collections/dulytek-rosin-presses
A rosin press is a machine that uses a pair of heated plates to press with enough pressure any cannabis material, such as buds, keif, or hash, which causes the cannabinoids and terpenes to seep out in an oily form called rosin. Rosin gained popularity with its solventless yet easy extraction process.
What the other user said.
I’m pressing bubble hash into rosin with the intent of decarbing it for e-carts. No solvents needed, but I do have some for more discreet use.
