Shallow fry the egg rolls?
I take frozen egg rolls and heat them up in the microwave just until warm.
Then I heat a pan, add a small amount of oil and finish cooking them.
It's the fastest way and produces a decent egg roll.
Do you make, then freeze or buy frozen?
