Fatal shooting 2883 Lakewood Ave SW

Preliminary Statement: On July 25,2025, at approximately 5:52 PM, officers responded to 2883 Lakewood. in reference to a male shot. Upon arrival, officers located a male who sustained an apparent gunshot wound and was pronounced deceased on scene by medical personnel. Investigators with the Homicide Unit responded to the scene to determine the circumstances surrounding the incident. The investigation remains ongoing at this time.
