Pinterest is full of amazing content, design inspiration, DIY ideas, recipes, and mood boards, but it’s surprisingly annoying when trying to save videos or specific images. There’s no download button for most pins, especially videos or idea pins.
A super handy tool for this is Pinsaver.io. It’s a free website that lets you download:
- Videos (including idea pins and motion pins)
- High-resolution images
- GIFs and animated pins
- Reels
No need to create an account or install anything. Just copy the Pinterest pin link, paste it on the site, and hit download. It works on both desktop and mobile browsers, and supports most public content types from Pinterest.
Useful for building offline reference folders, sharing pins outside of Pinterest, or saving ideas to use in other apps. It also preserves the original quality, so no blurry downloads like with screenshots.
There are probably other tools floating around, too, but this one’s clean and works reliably.
