Spending lots of time fighting nature in my garden, wondered if anyone had a recommendation for a podcast pls as my feed is dry.

My current listens are Johnny Vaughan, Danny Wallace, Wolf & Owl, Pappy's, Help i sexted my boss and no such thing as a fish.

I feel like I've done history podcasts to death. Non-US as I work for an American firm and need some separation while not at work! :)

Thanks

The Blindboy Podcast.

Every episode is often described as a “podcast hug”.

I can’t recommend it enough.

  • The Bunker
  • More or Less (or loads of BBC ones)
  • The Adam Buxton Podcast
  • The Naked Scientists
  • Everything Electric Podcast
  • Pod Save The UK
  • Origin Story
  • Politics Weekly UK

That's just a few, skipping the ones that top charts here in the UK.

It is.

Then also:

  • 50 Things That Made the Modern Economy
  • 30 animals that made us smarter
  • Cautionary Tales

Brilliant list, thanks so much, you've saved me for boredom in the garden this weekend

Funny enough, I live in the US and almost exclusively listen to a UK podcast, Past Present Future with David Runciman: https://www.ppfideas.com/. I've learned a lot of history that I probably wouldn't have otherwise.
