I just started HRT a couple weeks ago and I've noticed that my nose is the clearest it's been in my adult life. I always used to have some resistance when breathing through my nose and I had a perpetually runny nose, but basically the day after starting HRT it was much better and I even sound less nasally when I talk. I was just wondering if anyone else noticed something similar. I'm doing estradiol injections and oral progesterone.

For the love of god, PLEASE tell me this is true! I've pretty much always been congested in my nose, and something like this would be a godsend. I've never heard of any one else experiencing this though. I just started HRT and my nose is actively congested, but here's to hoping something changes I guess.๐Ÿคž

I haven't notice any difference with my allergies either way - but I never had a perpetually runny or stopped-up nose.

I would give it more time - it's only been a couple weeks, so it could just be a coincidence. What little I glanced at indicates estrogen might cause worse allergies if anything.

I've been on HRT just over 2 years now, and if anything my congestion has gotten worse. I've had 4 sinus infections in the past year
