Too blurry. But it doesn't look like it, it is too thick and not enough contrast between the start button and the rest for this to be Luna.
Yeah those monitors are not runnning windows. When the nurse connects an oxygen saturation meter it works instantly, it's not like plugging in a USB device and then starting an app. It's medical hardware with it's own... firmware, I guess?

Why are there so many mastercard ads on lemmy lately?
Someone needs to go prune the astroturf.
Mastercard (as only one) does not want vendors like Steam and Itch to sell explicit 18+ content. This lead to them removing an imperial ton of these games, which in turn made a lot of horny gamers very angry (hangry? horngry? lol)
Long story short: very controversial
Also removed a lot of queer content from itch.io
So, even those of us who arent horny.
