Liminal spaces are the subject of an Internet aesthetic portraying empty or abandoned places that appear eerie, forlorn, and often surreal. Liminal spaces are commonly places of transition (pertaining to the concept of liminality) or of nostalgic appeal.

It's already lost two. Probably best to wear a hard hat when you take a bath.

Looks like the bathroom in Secretary.

Hideous, but rather accessible.

This bathroom was designed by The Sims.

Where do all the doors lead?

One entrance, one closet, what about the third one?

I can't see the toilet in the photo, so it's probably a water closet.

Shit. I really should've taken photos of the weird rooms in my late Grandparents house. It was a Duplex and they bought the other half of at one point to house their 8 kids. Haphazardly stitched together into one house with three door rooms or extra staircases all over the place thanks to being 3 stories tall with a basement too. Quite small sqft per floor however.

Possible it's a shared bathroom between two bedrooms.

Looks like bathroom Elvis might have died in.

The pink and black tile makes me think somewhere between the 50s and 70s, then you've got the 2000s titty light minus its globe and CFL bulb, which apparently isn't where the light is coming from.

I like the shape of the tub. Looks a bit more comfortable, less boxed in than most I've lived with. Also looks easier to clean.
